PrakWayYour Way to Success. What this product is for, how it works, and what it deliberately will not do.
A job search returns almost no feedback. You send forty applications, hear back from three, and are told nothing at all about the other thirty-seven. That silence is what makes people give up — not laziness and not forgetfulness. PrakWay is built around one idea: a careers product should take responsibility for the person, not only for the listings. Everything below follows from that.
Your applications, how far each one got, how complete your profile is and how well your skills match the roles you chose are read together, and one conclusion is drawn: the single thing worth fixing next. The rules are fixed rather than generated, so the reason can always be shown back to you in your own numbers.
Salaries come from the people doing the job. They are shown as medians with the report count beside them, split by experience band and by city, and nothing is shown at all below five reports. Your own report is excluded from the median you are shown, so contributing never moves your own number.
You can mark that you are attending and see how many others are and which towns they are travelling from. Counts are shown to everyone; names only to people who have made themselves visible, and visibility is off until you turn it on.
Questions are extracted from the interview experiences people write here, and seeded across the roles employers actually hire for. The most-reported come first, because a question five people were asked is standard and one that came up once was somebody's unlucky day. You rate your own answers.
Courses, goals with milestones, a weekly plan, and a resume you can upload and have parsed and scored. All of it is pointed at the gap the diagnosis named.
A read-only link for a parent or a mentor, showing effort and progress and never a rejection. Families are part of career decisions here; a view that could be used against you would be worse than no view at all.
The product is translated, not only this page — the same three languages run through every screen, and the font stack carries Devanagari and Telugu so nothing falls back to an empty box.
The help centre answers the questions people actually arrive with. For anything about your personal data, or a complaint that needs a named person to answer it, use the grievance route — it is reachable without an account.
