Employers

Every figure on this page comes from applications people filed through PrakWay, and from what the employer did with them afterwards. There is nothing here you cannot check.

1. Only the last 180 days count. An employer who ignored everyone two years ago and answers within a week now is described by this week.
2. Inside that window, recent applications count more: one counts half as much once it is 90 days old.
3. An application filed a few days ago has not been ignored — it has not been answered yet. Nothing counts as unanswered until it has waited 21 days.
4. An application counts as never answered only when the employer reached no decision and has said nothing at all for 45 days. A slow live process is not ghosting.
5. Below 25 applications nothing is published but the count itself. A typical wait needs 8 replies before it is shown.
6. There is no grade, no score and no star rating, and there never will be. A company's conduct measured from a few hundred applications is not a mark out of five, and printing one would be the same dishonesty this page exists to answer.
7. Every employer can read their own figures and publish a reply beside them. Publishing a number about someone with no way to answer is not accountability.
